Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Breakfast Busser to join our Food & Beverage team. The Breakfast Busser helps create a positive start to guests' day by keeping the breakfast area clean, welcoming, and well-organized.

Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with people, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Early-morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clear tables promptly and remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and trash.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and breakfast buffet area.
• Assist with replenishing plates, cups, utensils, and condiments.
• Monitor coffee and beverage stations and assist with replenishment.
• Keep buffet counters and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and manage waste and recycling procedures.
• Transport dirty dishes to kitchen or dishwashing areas.
• Assist with washing and returning service items as needed.
• Help maintain adequate supplies during busy breakfast periods.
• Communicate with kitchen and F&B team on replenishment needs.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties for the breakfast area.
• Prepare the breakfast area for the next day’s service.
• Collaborate with hotel associates to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by F&B or hotel leadership.

Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Busser to join our Food & Beverage team.

The Breakfast Busser plays an important role in creating a positive start to our guests' day by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized breakfast area. This position supports breakfast service by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, assisting with food and beverage stations, and providing friendly assistance to guests.

The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working with people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is available for early-morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clear tables promptly and remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and trash.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and breakfast buffet area.
• Assist with replenishing plates, cups, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other breakfast supplies.
• Monitor coffee, beverage, and breakfast stations and assist with replenishment as directed.
• Keep buffet counters, beverage stations, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste and recycling procedures.
• Transport dirty dishes and service items to designated kitchen or dishwashing areas.
• Assist with washing, organizing, and returning service items when needed.
• Help maintain adequate supplies during busy breakfast periods.
• Communicate with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members when food, beverages, or supplies need to be replenished.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests and seek assistance when needed.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for the breakfast area.
• Help clean and prepare the breakfast area for the following day's service.
• Work cooperatively with other Food & Beverage and hotel associates to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage or hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, breakfast, food service, or customer-service experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items associated with breakfast and dining-room operations.
• Must be available to work early-morning shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required based on hotel business needs.
• Flexible availability is strongly preferred.
