Job summary

Lexima is seeking reliable Breakfast Staff to support buffet service operations in a hotel setting. The role involves preparing and cooking breakfast items, serving beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming breakfast area to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and English fluency. Lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes for buffet service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
• Handle customer concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned
