Stonebridge Companies is hiring a Breakfast Attendant at our Hampton Houston I-10 East location (10505 East Freeway, Houston, TX 77029). The role involves setting up, replenishing, and maintaining the breakfast buffet with a friendly, professional approach to guest service.

Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, stocking items, assisting guests, following food safety guidelines, and supporting breakfast service before/during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked and available during service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet, and prep stations.
• Replenish food and beverage items, including hot and cold items, condiments, and utensils.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures per health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear and clean tables, remove used dishes, keep dining area presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including equipment handling.
