Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC in Hammond, IN is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, prepare breakfast items and specialty coffee, and serve per brand standards.

You will operate the POS, maintain clean prep and dining areas, stock items, and support other hotel needs to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred, and there is room to grow.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic food prep and safe food handling knowledge.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee, and menu offerings per brand recipes/standards.
• Operate POS, process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining/prep areas (health department standards).
• Stock/replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
• Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening/closing.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Support other hotel needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.
