Job summary

Home2 Suites By Hilton - Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our team and help provide a welcoming start to guests’ mornings by preparing and serving a daily breakfast in accordance with brand standards and health guidelines.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional, warm demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Professional, warm and approachable disposition.
• Ability to stay level-headed in hectic situations.
• Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display the hotel's daily breakfast in line with brand and health guidelines.
• Greet guests, answer questions, address concerns, and solicit feedback to offer suitable solutions.
• Regularly replenish food and beverage offerings and keep serving area clean and presentable.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas during the shift to maintain a ready area for guests.
• Manage inventories to maintain par levels and place food, beverage, and supply orders as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to management promptly and keep prep/storage areas organized.
