TownePlace Suites/Fairfield Inn – Sikeston, MO is seeking a friendly Breakfast Bar Attendant to help deliver a great guest experience by preparing and serving the hotel's breakfast. You will follow brand standards and health guidelines while ensuring a smooth morning service.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition
• Ability to stay calm in hectic situations
• Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display the hotel's daily breakfast in accordance with the brand and health department guidelines
• Greet and engage with our guests; answer questions, address concerns and solicit feedback -find and offer appropriate solutions
• Regularly replenish food and beverage offerings, cleaning the service area as needed to maintain a fresh and clean presentation of the serving line.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas throughout shift to provide a clean and ready area for our guests
• Manage inventories to maintain par levels based on hotel occupancy; place food, beverage and supply orders as required
• Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms; report any maintenance concerns to management promptly.
