Note: This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. We recruit nationally.

Responsibilities include:

1. Work alongside talented culinary professionals to prepare baked goods such as croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, and coffeecakes.
2. Create and trial new recipes, master favorites, and participate in catered events.
3. Operate with a high level of autonomy, with opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional baking experience or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large-volume baking experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to Madison, WI.
• Available for overnight, 3rd shift work.
