Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Overview

This part-time morning position involves interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing beverages according to service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining a cash bank, actively marketing the establishment through social media and staff outings, and supporting the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities
  • Follow Food & Beverage service procedures as per venue standards.
  • Properly knowledgeably sell and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and menu items, maintaining cleanliness of the bar.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies following health and safety policies.
  • Work effectively with team members and communicate with management and staff to address guest needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant experience.
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
  • Must be 21+ years old and have Tips and Food Handlers cards.
Preferred
  • Experience in boutique hotels preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and move well for up to 6 hours, lift 15-40 lbs regularly, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, sitting, and stretching. Finger dexterity for operating equipment is also necessary.
