We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant!

Do you love serving others, making people smile, and giving restaurant and entertainment advice? As a hotel concierge, you play a vital role in providing guests with a memorable Guest Experience. You are the go-to person for guests seeking ideas to enhance their visit, and with your knowledge of local attractions, you help make their stay unforgettable.

The Role:
  1. Prepare and serve breakfast to guests.
  2. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events and activities.
  4. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest issues.
  6. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information.
  7. Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
  8. Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets.
  9. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to standards, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and show genuine appreciation.
  10. Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use proper telephone etiquette.
