About the Role:

  • Provides exceptional guest service and addresses inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Prepares and serves food and beverages according to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding safety policies for guests and team members
  • Ensures food and beverages are replenished and properly presented
  • Maintains cleanliness throughout the department
  • Assists team members and other departments to contribute to operational efficiency
