Job summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Scarborough, ME. This is a Part Time position located in Scarborough, ME.

This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service. You will set up the breakfast buffet and the coffee station, greet guests, and assist with special requests while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and sanitize tables.

Work Performed

A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. You will set up the breakfast buffet and the coffee station in the hotel.

• Greet guests and start their morning off on the right foot
• Clear, clean and sanitize tables
• Follow proper food safety guidelines
• Help guests with any special requests/allergy information
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess good communication and organizational skills
