Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown, located at 950 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601. You will set up and maintain breakfast stations, greet guests, serve items, and keep a clean dining area to start the day right.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and compliance with food safety standards. Morning shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required; full-time benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a similar breakfast/food-service role is welcome but not required.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items following procedures.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
• Keep breakfast area clean and sanitized, and restock as needed.
• Assist guests with equipment and handle feedback professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and hotel standards and collaborate with staff.
• Clean and restock at end of service for the next day.

As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast service. You’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining food stations, assisting guests, and ensuring a clean, organized dining area to start their day off right.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh, well-stocked, and presented.


• Prepare and serve breakfast items, following recipes and portion guidelines.


• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and accommodate special requests.


• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.


• Assist guests with breakfast equipment, such as coffee makers and waffle irons.


• Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.


• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations in line with hotel standards.


• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.


• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of service for the next day.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.


• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.


• Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
