Breakfast Attendant - Inn on Woodlake

Specific Responsibilities

1. Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and other utensils; place them in racks for the dish machine.
2. Sort and stack clean dishes.
3. Transport clean dishes to the cook’s line and storage areas; rewash soiled dishes before delivery.
4. Change dishwater in the dish machine every hour.
5. Trash removal.
6. Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
7. Sweep and mop floors.
8. Clean up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and garbage dumpster.
9. Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
10. Notify the manager if the dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
11. Prepare salad bar items, ensure freshness, and maintain condiments with fresh contents.
12. Ensure refrigeration of appropriate items immediately.

This is a part-time position with standard hours from 5 am to noon. Weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements

• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
• Some experience in food preparation in a restaurant, kitchen, or dining area.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen equipment, and materials used in food prep.

The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour. The actual rate may vary based on experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
