Job Summary

Providing personalized service to all guests while performing various breakfast-related duties.

Responsibilities

1. Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies daily.
2. Ordering or purchasing food supplies.
3. Preparing foods such as fruit and milk machines or dispensers.
4. Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
5. Setting out/arranging cold foods like sweet rolls, muffins, donuts, cereal, etc., for self-service.
6. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
7. Maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning.
8. Removing trash and restocking self-service food and supplies as needed.
9. Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage.
10. Assisting with preparation, setup, and service of the complimentary breakfast.
11. Returning reusable supplies to storage.
12. Performing any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
