Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Attendant for our NEW Homewood Suites by Hilton in EpicCentral in Grand Prairie, TX. You will greet guests with a friendly smile and deliver proactive, attentive service to start their day.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, restocking items, and staying informed about local recommendations. This is a full-time role offering benefits and opportunities for growth within Concord Hospitality.

• Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival
• Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day. Be a source of information on area needs such as grocery shopping, post office, highways and entertainment
• Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed

We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant for our NEW Homewood Suites by Hilton in EpicCentral!

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at our morning breakfast means you are many times the first greeting our guest receives in the day! Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude sets the tone for our guests to enjoy what the day brings to them. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have.
