Job summary

Homewood Suites Paducah is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure the hotel’s breakfast service runs smoothly and meets quality standards. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items and be a reference point for guests in the breakfast area.

You’ll keep the service space stocked, clear tables, assist guests and vendors, and uphold safety and cleanliness throughout service. This position offers a rewarding benefits package and growth opportunities within the Hilton brand.

Description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made to order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement


• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary


• Ability to perform well when stressful situations present themselves


• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
