Job summary

Colwen Management Inc is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant for the dual-branded Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Annapolis, MD. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and maintain cafe areas to ensure smooth service each morning.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and flexibility for a 7-day rotational schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle guest checks.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly welcome, using guest names when possible.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ensure quality of service.
• Set up dining areas, stock sideboards, and clear tables promptly.
• Prepare guest checks and collect payment; adhere to brand standards.
