Responsibilities

• Keep dining area, buffet, and prep stations clean and organized.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures per health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and note shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes; assist with setup/breakdown of breakfast service.
