Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Homewood Suites Vancouver Portland in Vancouver, WA. You will ensure a quality dining experience by preparing and stocking items, greeting guests warmly, and supporting a clean, efficient kitchen environment.

This role requires basic reading/writing, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and may require a Food Handler's Permit. Prior food service experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a hotel operations team.

Qualifications

• Prior food handling or fast food experience preferred.
• Must obtain Food Handler's Permit.
• Able to read and write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
