Job summary

InnVentures in Poway, CA is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a quality dining experience for guests and to ensure a welcoming, attentive service environment. You will help prepare food, stock the buffet, and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork across hotel departments, flexibility in meeting guest requests, and adherence to food safety and service standards. Prior food handling experience is preferred; some locations may require permits.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Permit required; Alcohol Server’s Permit may be required at some locations.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills; ability to stand and lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
