Job summary

Raines Co. invites a Breakfast Attendant to join our morning team, ensuring guests are greeted warmly, breakfast items are prepared to standard recipes, and tables and stations are set up for a smooth service. You will help maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist guests with requests with a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/customer service.
• Experience in hotels or restaurants a plus.
• Certifications as required by federal/state/local agencies.
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications are preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain breakfast items clearly.
• Listen and respond to guest needs.
• Keep kitchen, storage and front-of-house areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare breakfast items using standard recipes and equipment.
• Inventory breakfast items and communicate needs to the manager.
• Receive deliveries and verify items against paperwork.
• Maintain food items per local health department standards.
• Engage guests in a friendly and caring manner.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
