The breakfast attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily breakfast bar, greeting each guest, and ensuring the guests are comfortable and overall satisfied.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing personalized service to all guests
2. Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar according to brand standards
3. Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
4. Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
5. Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
6. Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products
7. Arranging cold foods like pastries and cereals
8. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
9. Preparing and setting up hot food items
10. Following menu requirements provided by the brand
11. Cleaning spills and maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area
12. Restocking items throughout breakfast hours and preparing for the next day
13. Washing serving equipment and returning supplies to storage
14. Keeping the breakfast area clean, including trash removal and cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors
15. Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
