Description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the hotel’s breakfast service, ensuring guest satisfaction and meeting product quality standards. This role allows you to represent the hotel personally by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble afterward
• Keep the breakfast service area well-stocked at all times
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables after guests finish
• Receive beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen as needed
• Assist and provide information to guests and vendors
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service
• Ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

• Motivated team player with initiative and a desire to succeed
• Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipation, prevention, and resolution of issues
• Ability to work well under stress
• Approachable and available for guest interactions, providing excellent service

Physical Demands:

Employees must regularly stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Work hours vary based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality cannot guarantee specific weekly hours.
