Overview

The Breakfast Attendant provides exceptional service to hotel guests in the breakfast area, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and seat guests promptly, maintaining high standards of appearance and grooming.
  2. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of menus and service areas.
  3. Clear, clean, and reset tables and hotel spaces as per instructions.
  4. Stock, organize, and maintain cleanliness of all service areas.
  5. Handle guest requests and offer suitable alternatives when needed.
  6. Communicate with departments regarding VIP guests.
  7. Support beverage and food service, including dishwashing, restocking, and cleaning tasks.
  8. Know standards for room service orders and menu details.
  9. Perform cashiering duties and complete shift paperwork.
  10. Follow opening and closing procedures and station duties.
  11. Answer guest inquiries about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
  12. Assist with producing high-quality drinks, including specialty coffee, tea, and cocktails.
  13. Perform any additional duties or attend meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in job performance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel experience advantageous.
  • Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
