Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel is hiring for a breakfast associate to ensure a warm, inviting start for guests with a free hot breakfast and welcoming lobby atmosphere. You will prepare, serve, and maintain breakfast areas, while keeping to food safety standards and inventory levels.

The role emphasizes friendly guest service and a positive, can-do Spirit. With a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction, you will contribute to a smooth breakfast operation and a memorable stay at our Pigeon Forge property,

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
