Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests start their day with a warm welcome and a well-presented breakfast experience. As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll help start each guest’s day with a warm welcome and a well-prepared breakfast experience. You’ll set up, maintain, and clean the breakfast area, ensuring food is fresh, stocked, and presented with care. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys creating a positive morning atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Warm and welcoming start to guests, ensuring they have a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
• Set up the breakfast buffet, replenish food items, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or the Breakfast Supervisor.
• Potential progression to roles such as server, banquet staff, or food and beverage supervisory positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.

• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
