Key West Historic Inns, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to support the Food & Beverage team in starting guests' days with attentive service. You will help prepare and maintain the breakfast area, assist guests with menu selections, and ensure a clean, inviting environment during breakfast service.

Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and able to work early mornings and weekends, delivering warm hospitality that enhances the guest

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and personable with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to stand and work a fast-paced environment, including mornings.

Overview

Key West Historic Inns is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy starting the day with a positive attitude, connecting with guests, and creating a welcoming breakfast experience, we'd love to hear from you.As a Breakfast Attendant, you will help ensure our guests start their day on a positive note by providing friendly and attentive service throughout breakfast. You will prepare and maintain the breakfast area, replenish food and beverage items, assist guests with menu offerings and special requests, and maintain a clean and inviting environment.This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, attentive to detail, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, or guest service preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and personable with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, dietary restrictions, and proper food handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, food quality, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
• Ability to work an early morning schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
