Job summary

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fresno is seeking a Part Time Breakfast Attendant with a passion for food and beverage service to start guests' day with a memorable experience.

You will stay informed on guest satisfaction scores, maintain the breakfast area, assist in food preparation, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the shift. Flexibility for shifts and brand-specific certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold all mandatory certificates based upon brand and area requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed and current with Guest Service Scores and proactively implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales team to proactively manage group business and meeting space requirements.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Prepare and/or transport all food and beverage items and supplies to and from the breakfast area.
• Monitor area to ensure adequate supplies of all items to serve all guests.
• Maintain and follow breakfast food schedule.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work and breakfast area and all equipment.
• Knowledge and completion of food safety procedures.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
