Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide fast, friendly and efficient service by preparing for and setting up breakfast and ensuring guests receive great service each morning.

Experience in hotels or restaurants with strong guest service is preferred. You will greet guests, manage breakfast items, maintain clean front-of-house areas, handle deliveries, and follow health department standards. Certifications like ServSafe and TIPS are valued.

• Experience as server, busser, runner, host(es), or breakfast attendant
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or related fields in customer service
• Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies: ServSafe, TIPS Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain breakfast items using concise and descriptive language
• Maintain kitchen, storage, and front of house areas in a clean and presentable manner
• Prepare breakfast items using standard recipes and kitchen equipment
• Inventories breakfast items and provide order requirements to manager
• Receive deliveries and ensure items delivered match paperwork; report discrepancies
• Maintain and prepare food items in compliance with local health department standards
• Engage guests in a friendly and caring manner
• Assist guests with requests as appropriate
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Essential Job Functions

• Prepares breakfast items using standard recipes and kitchen equipment
• Inventories breakfast items and provides order requirements to manager
• Receives deliveries and ensures items delivered match paperwork, reports any discrepancies to driver and manager
• Maintains and prepares food items in accordance with local health department standards
• Engages guests throughout their visit in a friendly and caring manner
• Assists guests with requests as appropriate
• Complies with all health and safety regulations

Experience and Education:

Experience as server, busser, runner, host(es), or breakfast attendant

Experience in hotels, restaurants, or related fields in customer service

Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
