Job summary

Home 2 Suites Colorado Springs is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The shift starts around 5 am, and you will be prepping food, cleaning, restocking, and greeting guests during your shift.

When breakfast is over, ensure everything is cleaned and garbage is emptied, maintaining a welcoming breakfast experience. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with teammates to deliver a smooth guest experience from morning to close of

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in a team with leadership responsibilities.
• Basic math and computer skills for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features and services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work to improve scores.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
