Job summary

Asheville Hotel Group in Asheville is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming morning experience for guests. You’ll set up, restock, and maintain the breakfast buffet, keep the dining area tidy, and greet guests with warmth.

This hands-on role requires a reliable morning person with good communication skills, ability to stand for long hours, and a willingness to follow food safety standards. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and a morning person.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.
• Able to stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Prepare hot items including eggs, waffles, and coffee.
• Keep the dining area clean and inviting throughout service.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
• Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences or dietary needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport.
