Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Break Pack Sorter in Opelousas, LA. The role involves hand-sorting boxes, loading/unloading trailers, and ensuring pallets are secure and up to quality standards. You will work with the shift lead to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work overtime. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred. Benefits include competitive pay and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High degree of attention to avoid safety incidents
• Ability to work overtime if/when necessary
• Previous experience with warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling or moving is preferred

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to appropriate height
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves
• Accurately complete all production paperwork
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager to provide regular updates
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production
