48forty-Solutions, LLC is seeking a Break Pack Sorter in Cullman, AL to hand sort reusable cardboard boxes and maintain a safe, clean work area. The role centers on precise material handling and orderly pallet layout.

Shifts are Mon–Thu with early morning hours; starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and working overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to safety to prevent incidents.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto pallets.
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Ensure pallets are properly secured before moving.
• Move pallets and materials within the facility.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Provide updates to Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and production standards.
