48forty Solutions in Midway, TN is seeking a Break Pack Sorter to hand sort reusable cardboard boxes and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role pays $16.00/hr with the 4th shift Friday–Monday 4:00pm–2:30am.

You will handle stacking, loading, quality checks, pallet securing, and paperwork while staying aligned with production targets. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong safety awareness, willingness to overtime, and prior warehouse or labor experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong safety awareness to prevent incidents.
• Ability to work overtime if necessary.
• Experience in warehouse/general labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto pallets to correct height.
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Ensure pallets are secured before movement.
• Move pallets/materials within storage areas.
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Provide updates to Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and production standards.
