• Maintain high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness per GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for defects (natural or processing).

Responsibilities

• Know and understand the breader/breading machines operation.
• Know and understand the proper procedure for dumping bags of flour / breading.
• Be able to lift and dump bags of flour / breading (up to 50 pounds each).
• Monitor the breading process to ensure product is properly coated.
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.
