Responsibilities:

• Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
• Divide, shape, and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
• Scale recipes for bread dough
• Mix bread dough to be shaped
• Follow existing recipes
• Maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1+ years baking experience
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity for handling delicate baked items and equipment

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards
• Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required
