Job summary

Moxie Bread Co. in Longmont, CO is seeking a Bread Baker to join our growing team. You will prepare workstations, divide and bake bread for retail and wholesale, and scale recipes daily.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year baking experience.
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstation for daily bread operations.
• Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers.
• Scale recipes for bread dough.
• Mix bread dough to be shaped.
• Follow existing recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards.
• Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
