Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor with Personal Trainer Certificate

Join us to apply for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor with Personal Trainer Certificate role at UFC GYM.

At UFC Gym, the BJJ Instructor is responsible for providing a positive customer experience by delivering excellent member service, private and small group training, and achieving revenue goals. The position requires availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Member Engagement:

• Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions.
• Assist and motivate members to participate in private training.
• Accurately administer client programs, track measurements, and prepare workout plans; be punctual and prepared for training sessions.
• Support revenue-generating activities such as seminars and workshops.

Member Experience:

• Focus on transforming lives through service, science, and sales.
• Act as a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and its "Train Different" philosophy.
• Implement the T.R.A.I.N principles: Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of private training techniques, from assessment to program design.
• Proficiency with the dotFIT program and software.
• Understanding of company policies, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.
• Availability to work weekends.

Experience:

• Minimum of Purple belt in BJJ or higher.
• BJJ Belt Certificate and lineage verification.
• Grappling tournament record (preferred).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Current dotFIT certification (preferred).
• At least 1 year of related teaching experience.
