Job summary

Lincoln Electric seeks an entry-level brazing technician for onsite work in Carthage, TN. You will prepare and braze fabricated tube assemblies to customer specifications and maintain quality standards. The position is 2nd shift with overtime potential and a non-relocation requirement.

Relocation is not available. The role includes a safety‑driven environment and a pay progression plan with benefits such as PTO, holidays, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to wear PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and braze tubes to customer specifications using a brazing torch and alloys.
• Inspect braze work to ensure leaks and quality.
• Collaborate with quality control on non-conforming parts.
• Maintain a safe work area by following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
