Job summary

Lennox is seeking skilled brazers in South Carolina to support our assembly line operations. This hourly, non-exempt role pays at the starting rate of $17/hour and offers overtime per state law.

You will braze copper and aluminum components, select the right equipment, and maintain precision while meeting safety standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and some brazing experience on an assembly line.

What Drives Success

Brazers are responsible for the metal joining process; using heat and filler metal alloy; heated to a melting temperature below the melting point of the metals being joined. Brazers must meet the requirements of brazer certification and quality.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Some experience brazing CU/Al on an assembly line.

Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders. Able to determine required equipment and settings. Requires precision control and dexterity. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level.

What We Offer

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
