Job summary

CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a Brazer for first shift in Broken Arrow, OK. The Brazer will perform bench and assembly operations on electrical assemblies and subassemblies, following documentation such as prints, SOPs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities include brazing with an O/A torch, shaping wiring, using shop tools, ensuring traceability on manufacturing orders, and communicating issues to supervision. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Completes assemblies or subassemblies per documentation provided.
• Apply brazing material using oxygen/acetylene hand torch to join component parts together.
• Works to approved documentation such as assembly prints, SOPs and WI.
• Hand shaping of electrical wiring and installation into component parts.
• Use of shop tools and various shop equipment.
• Document traceability of components used in assembly on manufacturing orders.
• Provides feedback to Production Supervisor regarding problems and issues involved in assembly of products or documentation
• Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Brazer performs various bench and/or assembly operations to electrical assemblies and subassemblies. 1st Shift Position. 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, Overtime as required on Fridays.

• Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
