Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1 to perform critical brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment using copper tubing. This role requires precision, adherence to OMS and work instructions, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will read and interpret instructions, prepare materials, adjust torches, and maintain clean, organized work areas while following all plant procedures.

Qualifications

• Brazing, welding, soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions.
• Handle materials to and from workstation.
• Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care.
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions.
• Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements.
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations.
• Maintain quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation
• Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
• Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
