Job summary

ThermAvant Technologies, L.L.C. in Missouri is seeking a full-time Manufacturing “Braze” Technician to join the Braze department. You will help develop and refine the braze process and move production parts through braze ovens in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading parts, performing quality checks, maintaining ovens, and contributing to documented procedures while upholding safety standards. Heavy lifting is required and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2008 a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; experienced with material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, instrument, and load parts into fixtures and braze ovens.
• Perform quality checks on dimensions, cleanliness, fit-up, and brazing quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on braze ovens and equipment.
• Identify process trends and support continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing metallurgical samples from brazing processes.
