GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Braze Email Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in CRM/email marketing platforms, campaign execution, and project management. The Role

  • Build and maintain email drip campaigns and workflowsin Braze.
  • Update the creative and copy within automations to support A/B testing
  • QA technical setups of campaigns and flows before launch to ensure strategy alignment and deliverability
  • Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Operations, Brand, and Creative) to manage campaign changes, document updates in Figma, and communicate via Slack

Task Breakdown:
  • 60% Campaign Building
  • 20% QA’ing Campaigns
  • 20% Project Managing Campaigns
The Requirements
  • 3+ years of advanced experience with a CRM/email marketing platform (ESP)
  • Hands-on experience with Braze is required
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end email marketing
  • 1+ years of proven experience in marketing project management
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience using Slack for internal communications
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Iterable is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Tableau
  • Competency with HTML and API integrations
  • 1+ years of experience using Figma (or willingness to be trained before onboarding)
The Compensation

₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
