The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves supporting a company culture that values teamwork, respect, and high standards of service.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure that every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations, creating a lasting impression to encourage repeat business.
• Create and contribute to a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for the Family and the Guest.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
• Model and execute company practices to maintain a high-energy environment for both the family and guests.

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations, rectify deficiencies, and ensure cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Handle dishes efficiently, including retrieving, sorting, and loading into dishwashing systems safely and correctly.
