The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role involves supporting a positive work environment aligned with the Company culture.

Requirements

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a high-energy environment that promotes engagement for both staff and guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, and dress codes.
• Perform physical movements throughout the work area safely and efficiently.
• Follow sanitation and health regulations strictly.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Retrieve, sort, and process dirty dishes, following all safety precautions.
• Sort and shelve clean dishes according to company standards.
