Description

When you walk into one of our restaurants, you are met with a warm smile and the promise of an amazing Italian meal! Our menu features fresh, prepared-to-order classic dishes from regional Italian recipes, and the ambiance mirrors that of a lively family gathering. We nurture our dishes and our family members, and we want YOU to be one of our key ingredients!

A Line Cook is an hourly, non-exempt Family Member who reports directly to the Executive Chef. The role involves providing quality service in all areas of food production, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, recipes, and ingredients, ensuring proper preparation of all food items.
  • Quickly learn new recipes, techniques, and menu rollouts.
  • Follow recipes to ensure food consistency.
  • Answer guests' questions regarding the menu.
  • Contribute to food cost management through inventory rotation and labeling.
  • Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, and operational hours.
  • Understand menu items, prices, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
  • Be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when serving multiple guests.
  • Perform physical movements throughout the work area and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strictly adhere to sanitation/health regulations and company standards.
  • Meet with Chefs regularly to review assignments and operational updates.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
