The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting the team to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Maintains knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, service standards, menu items, and property layout.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and tables, and assists with guest needs.
  • Performs physical movements required for service and adheres to sanitation and safety standards.
