The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting a positive, high-energy environment that aligns with our company culture.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create an operation that values Guest Service standards, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations and encourages repeat business.
  • Foster a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment for both the team and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members, maintaining an open and respectful work environment.
  • Model and implement company practices to create a lively environment for guests and staff.
  • Make sound decisions confidently to benefit guests and the team.
  • Ensure prompt, friendly service following company guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Document accidents and incidents as per company policies.
  • Know property layouts, table setups, menu items, and service standards thoroughly.
  • Stay organized, maintain concentration, and provide efficient service to multiple guests.
  • Perform physical movements required for the job, with minimal supervision.
  • Follow sanitation and health regulations strictly.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations and tables, and assist with guest needs.
Additional Information

One to two years of experience or equivalent training preferred.
