Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for the Braselton, GA distribution center. You will process merchandise daily, verify labeling accuracy, and maintain safe, organized work areas across multiple departments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, teamwork, and familiarity with PKMS. This is an onsite position with generous benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic supply chain.

• Must be able to perform basic math (addition and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise daily as directed.
• Adjust labels and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure all pallets and products have identifying markings.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Remove damaged cartons.
• Identify products that need to be over boxed.
